The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will be holding their Final public hearing on their proposed rules to implement the orders of the commission which will permanently alter the vegetation management (tree trimming) policies and practices of Indiana's five major investor owned utilities...Duke, Vectren, Nipsco, Indiana-Michigan, and Indianapolis Power and Light.

A series of IURC public field hearings have been held throughout the state to accept sworn consumer comments for the evidentiary record in this investigation.  The meeting were held in Muncie, Indianapolis, Seymour, Merrillville, Fort Wayne, Evansville.

-March 3rd, 2009 – Charlie Goodman filed a complaint with the OUCC against Indianapolis Power & Light on behalf of 57 property owners.  Cause # 43650
